Palmfarm Programs

These prototype programs are for Palm handheld computers. They are intended for farmers to keep mob and paddock information on their Palm PDA's without needing to refer to a PC although they can interact with Computer Concepts iDiary program. The programs will run on all devices that use Palm OS v3.5 or higher, they are fully operational programs but will need to be registered after 30 days. There will be a charge of NZ$50.00 to obtain a program key that will fully register all Palmfarm programs during the development phase. You send a message to Ian to obtain more information or to get your progrm key by using the message form at the bottom of this page. .

Install the programs using the Palm Desktop install process.

mobs.prc: 58kb Updated 4/2/04. Creates mobs or herds of any species of animal and tracks the current total. As events are recorded against a mob the current total will change. Many different types of events can be recorded. Mobs and events can be beamed from one Palm to another which means that several people can keep records and then they can be amalgamated into a master database. How to use mobs
